Always wondered about LinkedIn, but not sure how it works?
Ringsend and Irishtown Community Centre will be hosting free LinkedIn training this evening from 6 to 7pm.
LinkedIn is a social network that allows businesses, professionals and jobseekers to connect with other businesses, potential customers and employment opportunities. A local professional organisation will be giving a presentation the organisation’s background, showing how to set up an account and how best to keep your profile maintained and updated. It will be a great opportunity for jobseekers and anyone who is interested in networking online.
There are also plans to run tutorials on how to use iPads, iPhones and social media in the future.
