You will be afraid to go in the water this Thurdsay!

The darkness of the night will add to the terror of one of the greatest horror films of all time as Happenings hosts a screening of Steven Spielberg’s 1975 classic Jaws. The film will be shown at 8.30pm on Sandymount Beach.

Coffees, cakes and popcorn will be available at the screening, though attendees are advised to bring jumpers and blankets to keep warm. As with all Happenings events, the “Leave No Trace” policy applies and alcohol is not permitted.

The event has been organised in conjunction with Clean Coasts, who have been promoting and facilitating the cleaning up of the coast for the last 12 years. More information about Clean Coasts can be found at http://www.cleancoasts.org/.
