People of all ages are welcome for a family day out in the grounds of St. Bartholomew’s church.

There will be a fancy dress, the dog show will start at 1.30pm. There will be children’s entertainment including face painting, a tuck shop for children and a stall with cakes and buns. A professional entertainer will also be performing for visitors.

There will be a sale of work, with bric a brac, books, baby clothes, women’s accessories and handbags, CD’s, DVD’s and a raffle all taking place in the afternoon.

The local fire brigade from Donnybrook are hoping to take part in this event, showing the children the importance of fire safety and allowing them a good look of the fire truck and its equipment under close supervision.
