Secret Session
Secret Session teams up with St. Patrick’s festival to take over Hall 1 of the RDS this festive weekend. This year’s event will be a celebration of the country’s favourite music, drink, food and sport.
The three day programme will take place from Thursday 16th through Paddy’s day 17th and finish on Saturday 18th, the final day of the 6 Nations rugby. Each day of the festival will showcase a different theme:
Thursday is “Manchester in the RDS”, with Oasis and Stone Roses tribute bands. Friday is “Alternative Paddy’s Day”, with live acts including “Skatuesques”, “Sack”, “The Frank & Walters” and “DJ Danny McElhenny”. And Saturday will see the RDS turn into Ireland’s largest Rugby Fan Zone, with space for over 4000 sports enthusiasts.
The event will also host a silent disco area, barber shop, gaming zone and hidden bar. Tickets start from €10 for one day or €20 for all three. For further information log onto www.secretsession.ie
