There will be a free dietitian led X-PERT course for those with Type 2 Diabetes taking place in Pearse Street Library starting Wednesday 9th May from 10am to 12.30pm.
This is a free 6 week award winning course delivered by the HSE Community Dietitian and will continue every Wednesday up to and including the 13th June.
