Are you craving a bit of joy in November, the type of holly-jolly joy that can only come from a Christmas market? If so, you’re in luck! On November 26th, The Ringsend Community Services Forum will be hosting an xmas fair, sponsored by Google and in partnership with the DCC, from 4pm to 8pm in the Irishtown Sports Stadium. The market will be a CASH ONLY fair.
Tickets for the event will be released on November 4th at 7pm (tonight!), check out the RCSF social media channels for a link to buy a ticket. Adult tickets cost €1 and tickets for children will cost €2 and proceeds will be donated to Autism Equality Dublin Bay. There will also be a sensory hour from 3pm-4pm on the day, for any little ones who may need it to fully and fairly enjoy the experience.
There will be lots of fun activities on the day, with Santa’s Wonderland providing a grotto with gifts for the little ones, you can see the Snow Queen and the Grinch (& maybe give him a piece of your mind!), You can see the Polar Express Train chugging along in all its glory, walking polar bears and even meet the real Rudolph the reindeer!
For the Christmas market, expect mulled wine and minced pies galore, hot chocolate, lots of food and drinks available and stalls packed to the brim with Christmas joy and fun. This could be a great chance to pick up a few early xmas gifts and buying local if always a great choice when available!
Get down and have a merry time with this charitable, local Christmas extravaganza, with fun for all the family.
