Sue Cross, co-founder of Friends helping Friends was surely among friends and neighbours yesterday at the CYMS Hall which functioned as collection point for the Ringsend&Irishtown Community Help the Homeless Christmas appeal.
Between 2 and 6 residents dropped bags of and parcels in. With goodies ranging from collection boxes, to food stuffs or clothes and toiletries.
All donations are for now stored at the Ringsend Community Centre. They will be sorted and distributed accordingly.
You still have time till Friday the 13th to bring any suitable items (see poster) to the RICC.
