Warm Wishes from Slattery’s D4!

The Slattery’s of Beggar’s Bush team would like to extend our warmest greetings to all our patrons and neighbours, wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We have had a fantastic year serving you and hosting you for all the major sports events that the past year has brought. It has been a memorable year for Slattery’s as we aired the Olympics, a once in four years delight and got to see Irish athletes make their mark on a global stage.

We’re a rugby pub at heart and so we were delighted to be right in the heart of the action for The Six Nations, and the celebrations the night Ireland won were some of the best Slattery’s has ever seen! To celebrate both our wins and mourn our losses we had live DJ’s in after rugby matches and danced the night away.

We enjoyed watching the UEFA Euros throughout June and welcoming you to our outdoor area to beat the heat, where we added sockets so our patrons could charge their phones on the go. We hosted runners galore for the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon and Dublin Marathon, giving the first 50 runners through our doors free Gin & Tonics and pints of Heineken. We also had the pleasure of one and all to our pub whether they were going to Taylor Swift’s concert or just stopping by to listen in.

We continued to host Slatt’s Quiz on Wednesday evenings with the hilarious Brian Gallagher, and My Little Film Club continued, with screenings of How To Have Sex, The Graduate, Lies We Tell and our final one for 2024 upcoming on December 17th with The Holdovers! Keep an eye out on our website for 2025 schedules.

We are so proud to be Dublin Winner for Outstanding Customer Service at the Irish Pub Awards and to be nominated for Bar of the Year awards for Best Pub to Watch the Match! In between all the excitement we continued to serve our patrons rain, hail or shine and we look forward to doing the same in 2025.
