Bring your family to Merrion Square this Saturday for the Cadbury Easter Egg Trail in support of Barnardos. The event will feature storytelling, face painting, sack racing, three legged racing, balloon modeling & Victorian games, and families will be offered the chance to take part in a record attempt to hold the world’s biggest egg and spoon race!

Radio and television presenter Lucy Kennedy, who is a “Mumbassador” for the Cadbury Easter Egg Trail, said “This is a fantastic event for all the family to enjoy, knowing that they are helping to raise much-needed funds for Barnardos and the wonderful work they do to help thousands of vulnerable children and families in Ireland.”

There will be free treats available throughout the day from Cadbury, as well as from other Mondeléz companies such as the Natural Confectionary Company, Oreos and Kenco Millicano. Everyone who completes the Trail will receive a free Cadbury Easter Egg.

The Trail will run twice during the day, so families can choose between the morning Trail from 11am to 1pm, or the afternoon Trail from 2pm to 5pm. Family tickets cost €20, with all proceeds from the sale of tickets going to children’s charity Barnardos.
