Fancy trying out a new sport?
Epworth Badminton Club are having an Open Night tomorrow from 8pm to 10pm in Christchurch Hall on Sandymount Green. Players of all levels are welcome to attend, so whether you’ve never picked up a racquet before, or your old reliable is gathering dust in the attic, now is your chance to get playing!
As part of its membership drive, the club will also be running a training course for beginners and those wishing to return to the sport between 8 and 10pm on Thursdays from the 14th of August until the 4th of September. The course costs €20 and places are limited.
