Local Sandymount Resident to Take Part in 230km Charity Cycle
This years annual Equinox Charity Cycle will take part on September 27th. It will be a gruelling 12 hour slog across the country, testing the cyclists’ endurance with 230km of road between Clontarf and Youghal in county Cork. The cycle will begin at sunrise at Clontarf, where about 65 cyclists will dip their back wheels into the Irish Sea.

One of Dublin’s biggest cultural events of the year, the Tiger Dublin Fringe festival kicked off this weekend, running from the 5th to the 20th of September. There is something for everyone, with over 80 events around the city covering everything from comedy, theatre and music, to live art and circus acts.
