Get ready for a night of musical delights as Irishtown Stage School brings The Lion King to Irishtown Stadium!

The musical will be taking place at 7pm on Friday the 19th of December, and will feature all the favourite hits and characters from the award winning Broadway production. Tickets cost €5 and will be available on the door.

You can catch a sneak preview of the talent that will be on show on the night, as they will be performing at a Carol Singing event at Ringsend Library Plaza on Saturday the 13th of December at 5.30pm. Liza Caulfield of Irishtown Stage School told NewsFour, “It’s been many years since any live caroling took place in the area, so I’m sure it will make for lovely memories.” The school will also be performing a half hour piece at the Spellman Annual Christmas Party .

Irishtown Stage School’s next term begins in the New Year on Saturday the 10th of January in Irishtown Stadium. Enrollment costs €10, and each class costs €10. Classes take place every Saturday from 11am to 12pm for ages four to seven years, 12pm to 1pm for ages eight to 12, and 1pm to 2pm for ages 13 to 17. Call Liza on 087 790 1591 for more information.
