SIPTU has extended an invitation to its Annual Mass to the Dublin Dock Workers Preservation Society and its supporters.
The mass remembers those members of Ireland’s largest trade union who have passed away. It will be held in Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Sean MacDermott Street on February 15 at 11am.
In further news on the DDWPS’s bid for a dedicated Docklands heritage centre, the Dublin Port Company has appointed CHL Consulting to complete a feasibility study into the proposed centre. With a projected completion date in March, the Society would like to hear from anyone who would like to provide their input into the report.
