Easter is coming to Dublin Four!
The Sandymount Tidy Towns Easter Festival will be taking place on Sandymount Green this Sunday at 2pm. There will be an Easter Egg Hunt, face painting, an egg decorating competition and an Easter Bonnet competition, as well as a prize for the Best Shop Window.
You can register for the competitions in Christ Church Hall on Saturday between 11am and 4pm.
Ringsend Community Services Forum will be running Easter Festival events throughout next week from Monday, when festivities kick off with Drama, Arts and Crafts in the Spellman Centre from 2-4pm. Tuesday sees Martial Arts taking place in Clanna Gael from 2-4pm, followed by a treat with Ladies Pampering in the Spellman Centre from 5-6.30pm. There will be Storytelling in Ringsend Library from 2-4pm on Wednesday, with a Surprise Trip for ages eight and up between 5 and 7pm. Then the Festival wraps up in Ringsend Park on Thursday with Sports and an Easter Egg Hunt. Meet at 2pm at the playground. Wednesday’s Surprise Trip requires booking, so call Sueann on 0851393571.
