The not-for-profit organisation is looking for women to sign up to the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon before registration closes this weekend.

Enable Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation which provides support to children and adults with disabilities. As it is only part-funded by the state, fundraising is still a very important part of ensuring that the organisation maintains the quality of its services.

Justin Reddin from the East Region Fundraising Office told NewsFour: “We hope you will get yourself and a group of friends to sign on for Enable Ireland, which has a centre in Sandymount which helps over 450 children from the local and surrounding communities.”

The VHI Women’s Mini Marathon takes place on June 1, and you can register on the event website before this Sunday (April 19). For more information, contact Justin on 087 053 2857, or email eastfr@enableireland.ie.
