Everyone talks about what a dangerous and unhealthy habit smoking is. Some people believe that it is very hard to stop, but that doesn’t mean that it’s impossible.

Have you been saying for few years that you’re going to quit smoking? Have you tried before, but just couldn’t make it stick? Well, not only is there a solution, but it’s very close to home.

St. Vincent’s University Hospital at Elm Park, Merrion Road will soon run a six week Stop Smoking Course which will provide advice, support and information to members of the local community who wish to give up smoking.

This course has five sessions each year, taking place on Monday evenings from 4.30pm to 6pm. The 2016 course will run from April 18 to May 30.
