Events take place in Donnybrook and Ringsend.
The sun has been shining more than we are used to, and flowers are beginning to bloom. It’s the perfect time to make the most of it, which is why these plants are now being sold at great prices.
Yesterday marked the beginning of a series of South East Area Plant Sales events taking place across the city. Several more are due to take place over the next few weeks, with three happening right here in the Dublin 4 area.
Among the events that helped commence this run was one at the Green Area in Donnybrook, located just across from Kylie’s Pub on Donnybrook Road. But there will still be other opportunities for residents of Dublin 4 to make the most of the sales.
The next event within this vicinity falls on Thursday April 19th with the Ringsend and Irishtown Community Centre on Thorncastle Street playing host to it. It will begin at 11am on the day.
The third and final sales event in the area will run from 10am on Saturday May 21st on Sandymount Green.
Other events will take place in various parts of the city including Harold’s Cross, Terenure, Pearse Street, Aungier Street, Rathmines and Ranelagh.
The final event will be held in in Sandymount.
