The Big Grill Festival kicked off yesterday in Dublin’s Herbert Park.
Now in it’s third year, the barbecue lovers’ paradise features top foodies like Neil Rankin and John Helihan, who as well as cooking up a meaty storm, will be giving masterclasses and food demonstrations. There is music, craft beer and a hot wing challenge that comes with a side order of meat sweats. The festival runs until this Sunday.
