O’Donnell McKenna Solicitors will host a workshop for first time home buyers in the Lansdowne Hotel tomorrow from 6.30pm-7.30pm.

A shortage of activity in the property market in recent years has resulted in a widespread lack of knowledge when it comes to buying properties. For this reason, O’Donnell McKenna Solicitors hosts monthly workshops to educate first time buyers about purchasing a home.

The aim of these workshops is to make the process of buying a home easier, which is done by informing the public on the process of doing this as well as the pitfalls they could potentially encounter.

A wide variety of topics will be covered including getting cash together, dealing with banks and brokers, avoiding tax liability, understanding the market, the legal process, contracts and mortgages. The workshop will conclude with a Q & A where attendees will get to ask as many questions as they like.

The workshop is free and booking is essential, which can be done here. Anyone who is unable to attend the workshop but wishes to be informed of future workshops can register at this site.

The Lansdowne Hotel is located at 27-29 Pembroke Road near the Aviva Stadium.
