There’s lots for film lovers at Pearse Street Library this July including a 1941 Preston Sturges classic (“The Lady Eve” which runs today Wednesday at 2pm) and an award winning Spanish language film set in Havana (“Chico and Rita” next week).
Schools out for summer and the library are celebrating with three funny films for all ages (“Despicable Me 3”, “Early Man” and “Paddington 2”). They have two exciting free summer events that will help inspire and entertain children (including “Solving the Voldemort Mystery”) and their Summer Stars reading programme could encourage your child to keep reading during the school holidays.
