Rachel Allen will be giving a live demonstration of some delicious recipes in the Ballsbridge Hotel this Monday.
The event is in support of Our Lady’s Hospice, and will also feature a raffle, with prizes including a weekend at the Ballymaloe Cookery School with a two and a half day cookery course and accommodation; a Nuala Woulfe facial worth €160; and an O’Brien’s gift hamper.
Tickets cost €25. Doors open at 7.30pm, and the demonstration will begin at 8pm.
