Public Meeting about the New Charities Authority
There was a public meeting in Donnybrook about the new Charities Regulatory Authority on Wednesday. Lucinda Creighton TD invited Director of Advocacy at The Wheel (the umbrella network for Ireland’s charity sector), Mr Ivan Cooper to lay out what effect the new regulator will have on charitable organisations.

Tackling House Break-Ins Throughout Ringsend
Over the last year there has been a massive increase in house break-ins or burglaries in Ringsend, indeed throughout the city. In response to requests, Superintendent Lorraine Wheatley organised a policing forum meeting on Tuesday the 2nd December, in Irishtown Garda Station.
