Wood Quay Summer Sessions

The Wood Quay Summer Sessions are a series of free outdoor lunchtime concerts which will take place every Thursday in July from 1pm – 2pm in the newly renovated Wood Quay Amphitheatre at Dublin City Council’s Civic Offices.

The aim of the sessions is to promote and support the great wealth of musical talent which exists in our capital city and across the country. Each week will showcase the very best of upcoming and established musical acts in a range of genres including Jazz, Traditional, Soul, Contemporary & Rock.

– Thursday July 13th will be presented by CONTEMPORARY MUSIC CENTRE and features “New Dublin Voices”.

– Thursday July 20th will be presented by FIRST MUSIC CONTACT and features “Fontaines” and “Loah”.

– Thursday July 27th will be presented by MUSIC NETWORK and features Cormac Begley (Concertina) with Libby McCrohan (Bouzouki) as well as “Chatham Saxophone Quartet”.
