Heather Gray has been running art camps and classes in Rathmines for the last six years. Her amazing Halloween Comic Book Art Camp is a chance to discover the magic of comic books, creative drawing, and storytelling. All things ghoulish and terrifying are in the air and the workshop will be inspired by all that the season has to offer; autumn leaves, pumpkins, ghosts, vampires, zombies and…unicorns!
During the Halloween Comic book camp students will not only have the chance to invent their own character, draw and write their story, bind their book, but they will also be able to make a costume for themselves to dress up as the character they have invented! On the Friday of the camp there will be a Comicon party where participants can read each other’s books, perform in costume and enjoy treats.
The Halloween Comic Book Art Camp is perfect for young comic book artists and writers aged 9 to 14. No previous experience necessary!
