Saving Lives at Sea

The Irish Underwater Search and Recovery Unit (IUSRU) and the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) both received cheques of €10,000 each from the fantastic fundraising event, the All in A Row challenge on the River Liffey in December. A big well done to everyone who donated and supported these worthy causes.

Also An Post have issued two commemorative stamps marking the RNLI’s bicentenary in March, when the organisation celebrated 200 years of saving lives.
